ThyssenKrupp Laboratory can analyze your coatings to determine the type, coating weight / film thickness, composition and adhesion to the substrate. Typical coatings include: EG Zinc, Aluminized, HDGI, HDGA, Phosphate, Granocoat, Paints, etc.

Coating adhesion to the substrate can be assessed via an Olsen dome test. SEM analysis can be used to analyze coating cross section for structure, adherence, gaps and foreign matter.
