Our highly qualified laboratory personnel perform metallurgical SEM analysis using sophisticated methods. ECO/SEM provides the capability for high magnification imaging and x-ray analysis on conductive as well as non conductive samples.

The Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) uses a beam of electrons to resolve images that are too small to be seen using optical microscopy. In addition, the SEM can perform elemental analysis by analyzing the x-rays emitted by the electron beam interaction with the sample surface.
