The Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) uses a beam of electrons to resolve images that are too small to be seen using optical microscopy. In addition, the SEM can perform elemental analysis by analyzing the x-rays emitted by the electron beam interaction with the sample surface.
Our SEM may be reserved by a retainer agreement or rented by the hour, with your operator or ours.
